As an information specialist, I maintain a range of interests in publishing, libraries, and information research. Here, I share research and thoughts from the field.
Currently, I work as a content engineer, helping organizations improve and advance how they manage and deliver content. I think about the role of content structure, semantics, and metadata in supporting the flow of content across disparate tools, teams, and processes.
I moonlight in information research, focusing largely on behaviors and practices in the design and use of information. My research publications, all of which are openly available online, are listed here, on ORCID, and on Google Scholar.
I currently live in Durango, Colorado, where I can frequently be found dancing, hiking, cycling, and snowboarding.
